Shipping Destinations

We ship to customers in the United States and internationally to the following regions:

Domestic: United States

Canada

Europe: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom

Asia: Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates

Oceania: Australia and New Zealand

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by an additional 2-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States):

Free Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days) - FREE on all orders

Carrier Calculated Rates: UPS and USPS options available at checkout with real-time pricing

 

International Shipping:

We offer two shipping speeds for international orders:

Economy International: More affordable option with longer delivery times

Standard International: Faster delivery at a moderate cost

Express International: Available for Canada with expedited delivery

Shipping rates vary by destination and order weight. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your door.


International Orders - Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Ice Prints has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected:

Domestic (US): 3-5 business days with free shipping

Canada: 5-10 business days

International: 7-21 business days depending on location and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers. If you have specific shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at isaachendrickson615@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
